Open Gym

Tyler and I went back to heart of Texas Gym this morning for Open Gym. It last for one hour and it is held 2 days a week. Today the gym was packed with tons of Ty's friends and of course my friends, too. Ty took off and explored everything today. Ty's favorite thing to do is climb on all the mats of course throwing all the balls. We will be heading back next week for sure. The best part is the gym usually wears Ty out.
This weekend is going to be a fun filled weekend. We are having couples night out at our house tonight. We are having a Mexican Fiesta Christmas Party. I can't believe I am about to host another party at our house. Ryan's last class is tomorrow and next week is his last week of school. Ryan has been so busy this week that he has not seen Ty since Monday. Ty has been looking around the house for his Daddy. I hope Ryan makes it home in time to see Ty tonight before Ty goes out to dinner with his Ghee and Poppy. Sunday I am going to sneak away and go to a movie with my friend Kassie. Next week is another full week. Have a wonderful weekend.

Joy

Ty finds great joy in playing outside. He loves to explore in the lot next us. It is so fun to watch how excited he gets when he is playing outside. May you all find the joy in your life this Holiday Season!

Holiday Supper Club

Last night our Supper Club kicked off the Holiday Season with a very Festive Party. We even did a White Elephant Gift exchange. However, all the gifts were tacky/gag gifts so no one really stole gifts. Except for my first pick. It was a painting of our club and everyone wanted it.
It was a wonderful party. Thanks Lindsay for coming over at 4:30 to help me and thanks Ghee and Poppy for keeping Ty last night. Enjoy all the silly pictures that are out of order.

Ryan got some planets made out of Rice Crispy Treats. Abbie found it this morning and ate it!

Visit To Santa

We made the trip to see Santa this morning. Thank you Ghee for coming with us. We had a fun morning of shopping, because we beat Santa to the mall, and after Santa we went out for lunch.
I really thought Santa would be a disaster this year because Ty is going through a clingy/Mommy stage. When we first got in line I put him down and he cut in line and walked straight to Santa. It was cute but I had to go get him because the boy in front of us was ready to see Santa, too. When it was finally our turn Ty was very shy and would not look at him. As you can see from the pictures he warmed up to Santa. Ty was giving Santa high fives when we left. It is amazing to see the change from this year to last.
Tomorrow night is our Holiday Supper Club at our house. My house is so not ready for the party. I have some work to do!

Christmas Play Group

Look at these percious children: Hudson, Avery, and Ty This morning Tyler and I had a wonderful morning with friends. Thank you Kassie and Avery for hosting such a wonderful Christmas Play Group complete with a gift exchange and Starbucks coffee for the adults. I loved spending the morning with Kassie and Lindsay. It was fun to see Ty play with Avery and Hudson. We got some great presents. I was only able to get two pictures to copy from this morning. As you can see I am still with out my camera.
I love this picture of Tyler and Avery. I think they are a match made in Heaven. I know Ty is still young but I can dream.
After Ty's nap I was able to see another precious little girl. Sara's little girl was in town so I had to go and see what a cutie Sevi is. It is hard to believe that she is already 6 months old. Of course I did not have a camera. I am going crazy with out a camera. I hope we get it back soon. We got our Christmas cards in today so I must start addressing. We still have a lot of fun activities ahead for this week. I am feeling a little overwhelmed with hosting two events this week but I just need to relax and know that everything is going to get done.

Christmas Past

What a difference a year makes. Ty was four months old when these pictures were taken last year. What a precious angel we have.
May you all have a wonderful week. We are ready for our crazy week to begin.
