Crossfit Action Shots

Ty went back to Crossfit Kids yesterday, and was all dressed and ready this morning. I hated to break it to him that he does not have it on Wednesday. I think you can say he loves it.

I actually brought our nice camera yesterday, and got a few but I mainly stayed in the lobby with GK while she played. Which was nice so she was not in every ones way and trying to do everything that the big boys did, which she has a tendency to do.
This week we are wrapping swim lessons, as well. Two more days!

Crossfit Kids

Tyler started Crossfit kids at Ryan's gym this morning and loved it. Tyler goes with Ryan a lot when he works out so it was really special for him to be able to work out there, too. Tyler will go to Crossfit Kids 3 times a week during the summer for 30 minutes. Georgia Kate was even dressed and ready for a work out, too. I think she will enjoy these summer work outs. There was only one other boy in the class with Ty, so they got a lot of one on one attention and had a great time together.
Ryan took today off so he could be there for Ty's first day, he was very excited about this opportunity as well. He is still working on me to jump ship and join, but I can't leave my gym. Regardless, I am thankful we both have a great place where we can work out with wonderful caring people.
After Crossfit it was time for swim lessons, and Ryan joined us for that as well. Between exercising and then swimming Georgia Kate was passed out in the car on the way from swim lessons. Not Tyler, he is swimming right now. Oh, to have all of his energy.   

Summer Fun

Swim

We wrapped up our first week of Swim Lessons today and Ty and Georgia Kate had so much fun. We can't wait to start again on Monday.
 I have seen lots of improvement with Tyler and yesterday afternoon when I was swimming with Tyler he loved showing me everything he was learning. Georgia Kate loves the water and she really loves the shallow part where she can stand and there are water toys, so she would be content to just stay there the whole time. She will get out and swim with me but usually it seems like a struggle. Basically, she likes swimming but she wants to do it on her own terms. ;) However, when we were swimming yesterday afternoon she did great... better than she does at lessons. What GK does love are swim suits.... she would wear hers all day if I let her.
So thankful for this special summer time with Tyler and Georgia Kate. We are having fun and trying our best to stay busy.

Three Little Pigs

I guess since Tyler has been out of school for a week, it is time to wrap up his school year. Last Tuesday they had their end of the year performance and this year they did The Three Little Pigs, and it was short and very cute. Tyler loves performing in front of a full audience. Especially, when the audience has Ghee and Poppy and Nana and Papa were in town, as well. Such a special treat for Tyler and Georgia Kate.
Well, typical of year I had to rush Tyler to the bathroom at the end of the performance and get him ready for his T Ball game. Performance at 6 T Ball at 7. Thankfully the performance was short and the field was close to Ty's school.
I am now wishing I would have gotten pictures at the T Ball game, because that ended up being our last game of the season. We were thinking last Friday would be our last game the season but the other team had to forfeit the game so they went ahead and canceled it. We still are waiting on our trophy but what a fun Season Tyler had. As much fun as we have had with all the fun sports Ty has played this year I am so thankful we have the summer off.

Little Fish

Day two was a success and we are still having fun. Ryan made the comment yesterday after I sent him all the pictures I took that they both look dry. Well, since I am in the water with GK it is hard to get action shots. But just to prove that we are getting wet her is a picture after she was done swimming watching Ty finishing up his lesson.
I am so thankful for the special bond Tyler and Georgia Kate have. They both simply adore one another and I can't wait to see their relationship grow over the summer.
