"Tools for Success" April 24-25.

If you are looking for something fun to do next week and possibly find some great deals then come to the Second Hand Rose and support the Junior League's Provisional Class Spring Project " Tools for Success"
By selling gently used professional clothes, hand/power tools, and books at reduced rates, we are hoping to raise money to promote literacy in the 3rd grade classrooms throughout Bell County. With the proceeds from the sale we plan on buying a classroom set of books for the lowest socio-economic schools throughout Temple, Belton, and Killeen.
This is my sales pitch. We can't not raise the money for the books with out the help of our great community. My week starting tomorrow at 5:30 am (have your TV set on KWTX Morning Buzz) will be consumed with getting everything ready for this great sale! I have a special place in my heart for this project and the league and I know that we ARE making a difference in the life's of children and our community.
