This Morning we hit the gym again. Ty cried for a little bit when I dropped him off but then he
was fine. It was great because Ty was in there with three of his friends. It was so fun running in to friends today. I did four miles on the treadmill and boy am I sore today. I think next week I might try some
aerobic classes. We hope to make it tomorrow afternoon since we have Bible Study tomorrow morning. I can't tell you how great it feels to be at the gym again.
