Ty did great with his first day of swim lessons. He was a little tired (considering lessons are during nap time) and unsure at first, but once he got used to the cold water and remembered that he can splash a lot in the pool he was wonderful. The instructors were great and showed us some great exercises we can do to build their trust in the water. Ty's favorite part was when they put toys in the pool and the babies got to reach for them. Ty grabbed his and put it in his mouth.
Ghee came with us today. I think she enjoyed watching Ty and taking pictures. Hopefully Daddy will get to come one day. Maybe next week? The last day of school is Friday! Not for Ryan, but still it is good news.
I can't wait for tomorrow. I am so thrilled we were able to get in to the swim class. Ty got to see two of his friends at the pool.
All of this swimming wore Ty out. He was so ready for his nap. Lets hope we get use to only one nap this week and next!
