Candy Cane Lane

Tyler was a model today in his first ever fashion show, at Christ Church School. Ryan told me that the main reason I volunteered to help with this show is so Ty would get to be one of the models. Well, he is partially right! The Morning was filled with so much laughter, and of course some tears.
Ty's school hosted a Holiday Bazaar and Luncheon and part of the luncheon included a fashion show. There were a lot of cute stuff for sale at the Bazaar, but Ryan will be thankful that I forgot our check book at home. However, Ghee was there to see Tyler and she got Ty some cute clothes and Pj's! Thank you, Ghee for coming and spending your day with us.
Well, Tyler did really well and he loved the runway. I was so proud of him because I was not sure what he do with an audience. Thankfully, they put Ty with on of his buddies, Keifer. I think it is safe to say they stole the show. I did end up walking out at the end of the show during the bow. I was so sad because Ty practiced his bow all last night at home. I guess all first time stars get tired.
Today was so wonderful and I was reminded of how thankful I am for Tyler's school and all the wonderful Staff, Moms (Volunteers), and beautiful children. Today I was filled with peace and joy. Gabe, Tyler, and Keifer ready for the show to begin

My Mom was in charge of taking pictures because I had to stay behind the scenes and helping with getting the kids changed and all lined up.
